8. The Path of Daggers (1998): Rand al’Thor must make allies of his enemies in order to defeat the Dark One. But as he does so, his own powers become more and more unstable.

9. Winter’s Heart (2000): Rand al’Thor must find a way to restore balance to the world, but is hampered by his own inner turmoil. As he struggles to come to terms with his destiny, he must also find a way to restore the seals of the Dark One’s prison.

10. Crossroads of Twilight (2003): Rand al’Thor must find a way to restore the seals of the Dark One’s prison before they are all destroyed. But he must also find a way to protect himself and his friends as the forces of evil close in.

11. Knife of Dreams (2005): Rand al’Thor must find a way to unite the nations of the world and protect them from the Dark One’s forces. But as he does so, his enemies become more powerful and the Dark One’s prison grows weaker.

14. A Memory of Light (2013): Rand al’Thor must find a way to defeat the Dark One and restore balance to the world. But as he does so, his own powers become more and more unstable.

15. New Spring (2004): A prequel novel that tells the story of how the Dragon is Reborn.
